  • 85% of orders are delivered within 15 business days after shipping.

Tracking Information

  • All orders come with a tracking number, which will be sent to your email within 3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Tracking updates may take 3 to appear in the system.

Delivery Process

  • Deliveries are handled by local postal services. If the recipient is unavailable or if the address is in a restricted area, the postal service may leave a notice for pickup at the nearest postal office.

  • If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking number.

Address Accuracy and Order Changes

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correctly filled out during checkout.

  • Address changes or order cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours after purchase. After this period, the order will already be in processing for shipment.

Issues with Delivery
